A Welcoming & Inclusive Community

The West Wind Unitarian Universalist Congregation is a growing spiritual community located 1309 West Boyd Street in Norman, Oklahoma.

Our mission is to be a welcoming and inclusive Unitarian Universalist congregation in Norman.
West Wind UUC provides community and support for the expression of liberal religious and philosophical viewpoints. We believe that respect, dignity, and equality for all are the principles that will create a world where everyone can reach their full potential. We recognize and celebrate the diversity of all people as being part of the interdependent web of life.

Unitarian Universalism has made a commitment to opening its doors to people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Whether you are seeking a religious community or you are a leader or member wanting to help your congregation deepen its welcome, we have resources for you!

Sunday Service and Religious Education

Our beloved community gathers beginning at 10 am each Sunday. We have religious education classes (what you may have know as ‘Sunday school’) for children, teens, and adults. Programs include book groups, humanities courses, instruction about Unitarian Universalism, and the Covenant for Unitarian Universalist Pagans (CUUPs).

Service begins around 11 am. Childcare is provided from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Children are welcome to stay with their parents during service or hang out with their friends under the supervision of the childcare providers.

You can also attend our services virtually. Sign up for the newsletter in the right margin for more information about attending online and our weekly programs!
